  1. I've been getting quite heavy knee pain lately during and after my rides. It started when I bought my new gravel bike that i purchased from online here and took it for a 3hr ride and towards the end my left knee starting acting up, when I got home I had troubles walking down stairs or putting any type of weight on the leg. Long story short, I sold the topstone (for a few other reasons as well) and bought an Orbea Terra M30 and on 3/3 of my rides on this (50 min, 1hr 45 min and 2 hr) my knee got painful again. The pain seems mostly centered towards the front, outside and backside of the knee and when it gets really bad it also hurts down my leg around the top of my shin.
  2. So I very recently discovered WHITIN barefoot sneakers from here. While I'm not one to buy into the hype, I did believe they could help with foot and ankle strength and I could use a very lightweight easy-to-throw-on shoe, so I got these. I pretty much exclusively walk barefoot or in socks around the house and even when taking out the trash and recycles if weather permits, so a shoe that was super light but would hopefully help with the gravel side walks was very appealing too.

There have been times when I've had legit semis in the gym (one time I had one whilst doing pullups and I could swear the girl next to me saw and left as a result) and i've had to pinch myself to lessen the blood flowing to my longsword. Sometimes im there trying to work out and theres a girl infront of me squatting/jogging/generally looking sex as fuark and I have to actively avert my eyes or I get really horny really fast. Is there any dude who's approached girls from the gym and would like to share some tips/ experiences on when they've talked to girls ?
  4. I dont know much about trampoline, planning on buying a new tramp here very shortly, has anyone tried aftermarket ones? I have even just found one on here that has no center seam,.. the lace is all down one side and the back. at first i thought how uncomfortable, but it says "like the H18" is that how the 18 is? I've read the sales pitch for everyone's but still am on the fence
  5. I want to be more consistent with resistance training twice a week. I want recommendations on a regimen that supports a cycling plan but also is designed for overall health and longevity as we age.
