Shins are fucked from fight yesterday watched the hot water videos on YouTube would you use this right away or ice it for a couple days first then use the hot water method?

Use the best Shins, there wouldn't be any need of using these methods. Some brands like HKA USA, Elite Sports etc.

If I remember correctly @Sylvie von Duuglas-Ittu uses only heat, no ice.

  Sorry if this question has already been asked many times. If a BJJist or a wrestler tries a takedown technique, what would be a MT practitioner's counter? A knee to the head of the one using a takedown? The hardness of a MT practitioner's knee would be enough to knock out the other person right?

  I think Attachai is the best place to practice Muay Thai, as it gives you old and nostalgic feelings.

  It is so refreshingly free of norms and so laden with them in some ways. I have fallen in love with my muay and see it as something I have a relationship with, a living expression of who I am, and shaping my muay has allowed me to 'celebrate' the parts of myself its expressing! Thank you for the response!

  I've been down that road too. For video editing software, it really depends on your needs and familiarity. If you're looking for user-friendly options, I've had good experiences with Adobe Premiere Elements and HitFilm Express.
