Dry Needling (electro-acupuncture)

Hi, first time poster! I'm from America, where I have an amazing physical therapist who is a master of dry needling. I've had horrible muscle injuries which felt like a tear, but actually just needed to be forced to relax through dry needling. She also can adjust my joints and ligaments to help with the same sorts of problems.

Obviously, muay thai is nearly impossible to enjoy with injuries like these. So before traveling to Thailand, I began searching for dry needling specialists. I found webpages like:

But I'm wondering if anyone here has any experience with dry needling or other physical therapists who keep you in top fighting shape. Thanks!

3½ years late of a reply haha. I'm in Phuket and have went to quite a few physios. The best so far is Meaw at OptimiseFit at the Blue Tree in north Phuket. She doesn't dry needle me as another Dr. has here but all my muscle tension came back soon so it's a waste of money.
