Are there any Isaan trainers of note who you'd receommend?

Hi, first time poster! I'm from America, where I have an amazing physical therapist who is a master of dry needling. I've had horrible muscle injuries which felt like a tear, but actually just needed to be forced to relax through dry needling. She also can adjust my joints and ligaments to help with the same sorts of problems. Obviously, muay thai is nearly impossible to enjoy with injuries like these. So before traveling to Thailand, I began searching for dry needling specialists.
