  1. So, months ago, I had the great opportunity to have a traditional MT guy give me a private. As I was warming up he asked me if I used any liniment. I'd never even heard of the stuff/deer in headlights... Several injuries later, including a torn hamstring, I'm wondering if my old self needs to start using it. Any thoughts for a noob? Pros/cons? Do you use it? Why? Why not? Does it burn? Does it stain? Is it only for fights mostly? Is it supposed to help with injuries? When/how should I use it? Do you warm up and THEN put it on or do it before? PS- I live in a mild to colder climate if that makes any difference... Any insight is appreciated.
