About Me

 Hello,my name is Naiyana. I am 49 this year,living in Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia. Been active 4 years in Muay Thai,keeping up with that interest has been alright so far,although with age and previous injuries,might find myself slowing down a little. An ex personal trainer with Fitness First,I still will try to keep fit as a discipline.
