I asked my Facebook followers what they would like more of from me in 2015 and one of the things they suggested is that I vlog more. So I’m trying an experiment and posting a vlog every day of January 2015, using it as something of a diary. We’ll see how it turns out, and if readers/watcher enjoy it.  Even though by nature I’m quite shy, I’ve gotten much more comfortable sharing myself in writing and in video. At the very least it will be something new, and give some people insight into the ups and downs of training/fighting and showing more of the gyms I train at and places I go. Let me know what you think.  I’ll be updating this post with each day’s video, so you can check back here, or watch for new entries on my Facebook Page. Or Subscribe to my YouTube channel.

[Update 1/24: January has been a rough month this year, to be sure. Fights cancelled, a bout of ringworm which was a real pain, struggle through fatigue, but some good things too: Emma Thomas visited, got great work in…let’s see how it all turns out]

A 100 lb. (46 kg) female Muay Thai fighter. Originally I trained under Kumron Vaitayanon (Master K) and Kaensak sor. Ploenjit in New Jersey. I then moved to Thailand to train and fight full time in April of 2012, devoting myself to fighting 100 Thai fights, as well as blogging full time. Having surpassed 100, and then 200, becoming the westerner with the most fights in Thailand, in history, my new goal is to fight an impossible 471 times, the historical record for the greatest number of documented professional fights (see western boxer Len Wickwar, circa 1940), and along the way to continue documenting the Muay Thai of Thailand in the Muay Thai Library project: see patreon.com/sylviemuay
