First of all, thanks all you for your time. Im coming for 4 months in Thailand to try some gyms around. Thank you for sharing what you know and your experiences here, it will help a lot. I'm looking for great defense oriented gyms/trainers. Places or particular trainers known for being/having defense master mind(s). No matter the style; muay femeu, muay khao, mat... I'm open minded to all experiences; families style gyms, big competitive gyms, regions, dense with foreigners or not... I'm looking for gyms or trainers that would put fundamental emphasis on defense as the core of their approach to the sport. Thanks
