  1. My problem is not so much that I love her that’s her annoying it’s that they’re not sticking to the ground, they literally slip when I try to put it through a kick or punch etc.
  2. I have a heavy bag hanging from the ceiling of my carport. In normal circumstances I have to move one of the cars to hang up the bag before I can train. During the pandemic, however, I have been able to leave one of the cars out for longer stretches of time in the sleeve that heavy bag hanging up for days or even weeks on end. The problem I’ve always had is, especially with having to move the cars in an out, I am training on concrete without any math or anything like that underneath my feet. The problem I’ve always had is, especially with having to move the cars in and out, I am training on concrete without any mat or anything like that underneath my feet.I got tired of ripping up my bare feet on concrete and started wearing shoes which is not ideal for obvious reasons like tearing up my heavy bag and not conditioning my feet to take impact. Any thoughts on some easy solutions for mats underneath a heavy bag outdoors? I have a puzzle piece minutes but they are A major chore to take out and put together underneath the bag just to work out and then teardown afterwards. Also I’ve never been able to successfully anchor them so they slip around when I train on top of them.
