    Hi Sylvie I’ve been training on and off for about 4 years. Im pretty decent, however, I was never taught the correct technique to roundhouse kicking. I throw my kick more like a soccer kick with my foot leading. I have very powerful kicks but understand that the technique is wrong. I realized that i dont rotate my hips. The wrong technique has been ingrained into my head and I dont know how to correctly rotate my hips. Please help me.
