    Hey guys! I was thinking about creating setups. what's your single biggest problem when it comes to using your hands (or boxing) to create setups and openings to land your knees, elbows or kicks? Thanks in advance!

    oh taekwondo. didn't you get any challenge as you transitioned from a "leg-heavy" martial art into MT (though MT is using legs too but as we know taekwondo kicks are different from MT)?
