Hey, so I know that regular MT conditioning does incorporate calisthenics, but I was wondering if any of you do full calisthenics workouts/programs to up your conditioning routines? Like stuff from Chris Heria or Bar Brothers ! Did you notice significant improvement or was it too much on your body on top of MT training?

I do full conditioning and strength programs in addition to muay thai (we have a strength/conditioning coach as well). If you're new you have to build up to it, but it will definitely benefit you to supplement technique training.
