  1. Hey all, I think training twice a day can be really effective, but it depends a lot on your goals, experience, and recovery. Personally, I usually do a lighter technique-focused session in the morning and then a more intense conditioning or sparring session in the evening. It’s a good balance between improving skills and building strength without overdoing it. The most important thing is listening to your body. Make sure you get enough rest, eat properly, and stretch between sessions. If you’re just starting out, I’d recommend gradually introducing double sessions rather than jumping straight in. Curious to hear how others approach this—do you prefer focusing on technique or conditioning in the second session?
