  2. If you’re just getting into kettlebells, the safest starting point is focusing on swings, deadlifts, and goblet squats with a weight that lets you keep your back neutral the whole time. Two to three sessions a week is usually enough to build strength without overtraining, especially if you’re mixing it with Muay Thai or regular lifting.
